What is Seasonal Billing?
Seasonal Billing eliminates the fluctuation and complexity of billing. We effortlessly distribute the cost of your anticipated seasonal lawn care services over the 8-month season, ensuring a consistent and budget-friendly monthly bill.
How is my seasonal monthly bill calculated?
Your monthly invoice reflects the anticipated seasonal lawn care expense, distributed evenly over 8 months (April - November) into a standard monthly payment. Each property is meticulously maintained with approximately 27 mowings per season, although some may require slightly more or less attention. Our shift away from a 'per service' fee model means that we now calculate the monthly mowing charge based on this average. Rest assured, should your property require additional services for maintenance, there will be no extra charge.
What if we have a few weeks of summer drought or heavy growth?
We are committed to maintaining the impeccable appearance of your property year-round. Even during weeks when it may not be suitable to mow your lawn, we will still be there to attend to your property, offering services such as edging and yard debris cleanup to ensure it always looks its best.
What happens if I move during the season?
Just provide us with a 30-day notice to allow us to find a replacement for you on our schedule. Your service will end on the date you choose.
When do you bill me?
Payments are due on the 1st of each month and will be automatically charged to the payment method on file. We will send email and/or text reminders if we do not receive your payment as expected.
